Jag arbetar som musiker och kompositör sedan 1990-talet utifrån en passion för både musik och mänsklig utveckling.  

 

"Utflykt" hette tidigare Spikmattemusik.

När vi skapade musiken i slutet på 2009 så var vi inne i en period med mycket spikmatteutövande.
Musiken passar väldigt bra till det precis som till alla stunder av här och nu övningar, yoga, meditation, mindfulness.

Jag väljer nu att kalla den "Utflykt", det känns lite öppnare...

 

Musiken skapades av mig och min älskade livskamrat Leif Isebring som sorgligt nog lämnade jordelivet i januari 2012.
Han var en fantastisk mångfacetterad musiker och musikskapare och i "Utflykt" finns en liten del av allt underbart som Leif skapade under sitt musikaliska liv.

"UTFLYKT" (excursion) was previously named -music for bed of nails.

When we created the music at the end of 2009, we were in a period of bed of nails practitioner.
The music goes very well with it just like all the moments of the here and now exercises, yoga, meditation, mindfulness...

I now choose to call it the "UTFLYKT", it feels a little more open ...

 The music was created by me and my beloved companion Leif Isebring who sadly left the earth life in January 2012.

He was an amazing multi-faceted musician and music creators and the "UTFLYKT" is a small part of everything wonderful that Leif created during his musical life.
